The patient presented complaints multiple erythematous plaques widespread vesicular lesions that subsequently ruptured, resulting erosions. Physical examination revealed edema, coarse hypopigmented hair, plaques, erosion, along scales crusts. Laboratory showed leukocytosis. was administered intravenous ampicillin chloramphenicol, wet dressings. improvement, but unfortunately, passed away due septic shock.
